I have a PG32UQ that cannot be powered on. Have checked that power supply works well.

Unable to RMA. Anyone knows where can I get help to troubleshoot?

They are known to do this and other than RMA you have to take it to a monitor repair place. Once they brick they don't come back on I had 2 that did that to me.

Can anyone share the circuit diagrams and/or the potential repair areas for this power supply problem? Am quite unhappy about throwing a perfectly good PG32UQ...

My PG48UQ is doing this now after a firmware update, DEAD...

Hello, Chin Loon.

Did you make any software or hardware changes before the black screen occurred?
