Hi,
Even after performing the BIOS update it's still not working correctly. The problem is with an idling desktop or just surfing, power draw is around 54W. 5120x1440p 240Hz. Temp is around 30 Celsius. Could Asus bump the power draw limit a bit more?

Thank you very much for the update

Dear all,
Please refer to below FAQ for the Fan Stop design for the 30 series card
https://rog.asus.com/support/FAQ/1044879
Thank you.

FAQ's for the 3000 series cards, specifically Strix 3090 don’t always correspond accurately with fan stop design, we need a fix please.

Update:

Between the new BIOS V2 and the latest NVIDIA drivers 460.89, now the 0db mode works as it should:)

i think the limit needs to raised to 60 watts for it to stop as these cards idle in the 50s on a 4k 120hz display

Hi Billycar11,
For the RTX3080 fan design, although 0dB Fan mode is enabled in GPU Tweak II, the fan will stop when GPU temperature is lower than 50 degree and wattage is lower than 50 watts.
Thank you for your feedback and suggestion.
