Z97-A - How to turn off CPU overheat warning beep?

Naminamillion

It seems that the warning beep on my Z97-A is set to trigger at 80C but according to most of what I've been reading, anything up to around 90C considered "safe" territory for stress testing an OC with tools like Prime95 or IBT.

Obviously I don't really want my CPU running at a constant 90C on a day to day basis, but while trying to check that my OC (currently 4.8) is stable this warning beep at 80C is driving me barmy!

Is there any way to turn it off (other than pulling out the mobo speaker)? Or alternatively, can I change the trigger temperature in the BIOS? There doesn't seem to be any way to do either... 😞
