Hello,
I would like to manually overclock my CPU, i have a refence video which he gets it to be stable at 6.0 Ghz (its on an MSI board and i cant find some functions on the Z790 APEX BIOS), with the AI Overclock it brings to 6.1 Ghz but it never really reaches it, it stays at 5.7 Ghz.
Video can be seen HERE
My Benchmark can be seen HERE
Also my component list:
If there is any Overclock that bring it to be better. My CPU also runs at 50°C-65°C normaly under load, i would like to get a average of 60°C-80°C at max.
Also if there is a tweak that can be made to the GPU would also appreciate it.
Any response is appreciated if negative or positive.
Thank you

Hello, 6.0 - 6.1 all core frequency is not easily obtainable. Can you confirm your SP Score under AI Tweaker? These predictions will help assess the obtainability. Most of the time, you will be thermally constrained (expect in the region of 300w-350w depending on the voltage needed and workload).
If you're serious, you may wish to consider delidding or using direct die.

What is your P Core SP?
MC SP is memory controller, and that's a little on the low side but not to be concerned if stable @ 7200.
If AI OC is currently enabled, perhaps
Go to Extreme Tweaker > Digi+ and set Loadline Calibration to Level 5
Check AI Tweaker Predictions for voltage needed @ 5.7 @ LLC 5
Apply suggested Additional Turbo Voltage
Set SVID to Trained
Open Extreme Tweaker and go to Thermal Velocity Boost, select TVB Overclocking and select +2 Boost Profile
May net you some performance in certain workloads whilst lowering voltage required.
