Z790 Apex Encore CPU Clock Ratio problem

Hey, I just got my first Z790 Apex Encore yesterday. I tried setting the all-core ratio to 57x, but every time I boot into Windows, it drops back down to the stock 32x.

I’ve already disabled all power-saving features like C-States, SpeedStep, Boost, Turbo, etc., but it still won’t stay fixed at my set core clock ratio. Even with my IDLE Disabled Powerplan in Windows its stuck at 32x

Now with the power saving features, SpeedStep C-States etc turned ON, my CPU can boost up to 57x under no load, when I start a stress test it drops back to 32x even tho my temps are fine, same thing when I use my idle disabled powerplan, it just drops to stock.

Temps & Voltage are no problem, on my old MSI Mainboard it worked with no problem, turned off all power saving stuff, booted into windows and there was my locked 57x cpu ratio.

What settings exactly do i need to change in the asus bios? I dont really understand

Hopefully anyone knows a solution for this 🙂
