my motherboard Asus Maximus v gene and RAM CMX8GX3M2A2000C9 when I turn on the XMP profile after a short stint climbs blue screen, why? (BIOS 1802) (CPU core i7 2700k, overclock 4400 mhz

How many of those kits do you have? Just one 8GB kit of two sticks?

What values is XMP setting for VCCSA and VTT and Vdimm?

You will find that those sticks were made for earlier motherboards. The XMP profile is not geared for the CPU you are using. The ram will work, but you will have to set up the frequency and the timings + voltages yourself.
