XMP profile and bsod.

Hi,

So I enabled XMP profile for my G-skill 2x8gb ram which is rated to work @ 3200mhz, pc ended up with bsod.
Now I have messed with both xmp profiles before (including cpu oc) and never had any problems. Dump file says ,,FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: AV_nt!MiQueryAddressState"
which indicates a memory issue, at least thats what I was told in Tenforums. Funnily, everything was set to auto or default in bios while this happened, except XMP.

Is it possible that Asus MCE-s ,,auto" setting causes too much of a voltage fluctuation, despite operating within default speeds and core ratio? Is it possible that VCCIO and VCCSA voltages go too high or drop too low and thus cause bsod ?
