Windows Experience Index not correct? [SOLVED]

Hi Everyone,

I seem to have a problem with my Windows Experience Index,
I'm using this setup:

Maximus V Formula
i7 3770k
Noctua NH-D14
Cooler Master HAF X
Vertex 4 - 256 GB
G-Skill Ripjaw 32 gb (1600 MHz)
Seasonic 1000W Platinum
Nvidia GTX 680 Phantom 4 GB Edition

I got all the mobo drivers up-to-date to 2 december 2012
vertex 4 firmware flashed to 1.5
overclocked cpu to 4.6 ghz on offset mode - stable.
Ai Tuner to XMP in bios

and it's only showing a
7.7/7.9 at CPU, I think that would have to be 7.9 on overclocked 4.6 ghz
RAM is at 7.8 and it's on XMP Mode 2 so I'm not sure why it isn't maxed out on 7.9 considering it's 32 GB and nice clocks
my Video says 7.9 at both of them
but the weirdest thing is that my Vertex 4 Disk Transfer rate is 7.7/7.9 and I've seen people with my disk having 7.9, before I did a full CHKDSK on it, I had 7.6. I ran all the tests on High Performance mode, Full speed Fan Mode @ FanXpert

Any ideas how to bump up the values?
I can give any info on my computer for the fastest support you guys can give me.

I hope to hear from you guys as fast as possible, Thanks!

You need about a 5GHz OC to hit 7.9(from what I have seen here in the Forums)
Because you have 32GB of RAM doesn't mean you should hit 7.9, you could always manually enter your timings and see if that helps.
Check in Device Manager to see what AHCI driver you're using, if Intel one. Delete it withing Safe Mode and use the MSAHCI ones instead, that might bump the score to 7.9

the CPU part, thank you for that. I know I didn't buy the best quality 32 gb ram but it's good enough (12800) so that may be true.
I don't quite understand the AHCI driver part because I do remember installing both the ASMedia & Intel SATA driver, together with the Chipset driver, when I open the OCZ-VERTEX4 ATA Device in Device Manager and go to details, the Enumerator says IDE, so I guess that's causing it? or am I wrong, please tell me.

EDIT: I have the Removal policy on Better performance (default) and Write caching policy:
Enable write caching on the device - checked
Turn off Windows write-cache buffer flushing on the device - checked
is that ok?

When you boot into your BIOS, what setting did you use for the SATA ports? IDE or AHCI?

I have it on AHCI

Don't use that windows to turn off write cache buffer flushing, your drive won't have the proper separate power to use it. And that is odd, if you're using AHCI in BIOS, the enumerator should be coming up as SCSI, because AHCI is a SCSI interface, not IDE.

I know right, it's weird yes, is it because I installed all these together? :
- Intel Chipset Driver V9.3.0.1021 for Windows XP 32bit & XP 64bit & Win7 32bit & Win7
- Asmedia SATA Controller Driver V1.3.4.0 for Windows XP 32bit & XP 64bit & Win7 32bit & Win7 64bit.(WHQL)
when I was installing the Chipset Driver I saw in the list that it installed the Intel SATA Controller Driver. Should I remove the Asmedia SATA Controller and reboot and test it again? (I can see it in CCleaner Remove programs)

EDIT: It might be handy for you to know that I reinstalled windows 5-7x in the past 5 months (and about 20-30 gb on software from the 3-4x out of 5-7 because some reinstalls failed (testing windows 8 and stuff)
