when idle @ 1600mhz my volttage won't go down...

I think i need to create another thread, can you help please , i just push my system to 4.2 ghz @ 1.162 volts , i just manually change the multiplier and voltage , i run it stable for 2 hours using prime95, but my problem is my voltage wont go down when idle. can you help what i'm goin' to change in the BIOS.

i7 3770k
M5G
Crucial 4x4gb
Seasonic x-660
Corsair H60
no VC yet

1.144v still way up sir , but it is good it comes in lower value but my target is .0888 something like that when idle.
