What to tweak next to stabilize this RAM?

Ok so first, this is a 4x16GB kit rated to 6400C32. It is the Corsair Dominator Titanium.

I have my reasons to use 4x16GB so lets not discuss that.I have been stable at 6200 XMP at the rated 1.40v.

So I decided to try my luck with 6400..not changes just XMP and 1.40v and I got one error around 15minutes in.

What would you guys tweak first to see how far I need to go to make it stable?

Not sure which option to use to add voltage (I assume thats the logical step) as first test as I am learning this new Intel platform worldThis a 14900k with Asus Z790 ProArt.
While I am already happy to get to 6200 with a 4x16GB kit, if I can get the rated 6400 out of it, then even better lol

If looking to tune the memory beyond XMP, assuming XMP profiles are stable, you need to firstly consider the following;

1. Are the voltages and timings designated by the memory vendor still sufficient for the applied frequency?

2. Are the memory modules capable of running the timings designated by the memory vendor at the applied frequency (including board applied sub-timings)?

3. Is the CPU capable of running the memory at the applied frequency, voltage and timings?

4. Some CPU may need manual adjustment to auto rules for signal IO (CPU System Agent, Memory Controller Voltage, etc).

Memory tuning can be a time consuming process. You can start by bumping VDDQ and VDDQ 20-50mV to see if this helps aid stability.

Be sure to test stability within the OS with a more stringent memory stress test such as TM5 or Karhu RAM Test.

This is actually trying to achieve XMP which is supposed to be 6400 C32. Right now I am short 200 still at 6200 C32.

Apologies, misread your post. In that case, look to point 4 in my reply.

Navigate to Extreme Tweaker > Advanced Memory Voltages > Memory Controller Voltage

Inspect what the board auto rules are applying and increase in 20-30mV increments and see if this aids stability.

It's worth noting that your kit doesn't appear to be on the memory QVL, which means ASUS has not validated it on this board.

If I wanted to just tighting my timings at 6200 instead...any suggestions?

I decided to try 6400 one more time and is looking much more promising right now. Before I will get the first error around 15mins in.

Looking good. After 4 passes, be sure to test in the OS as suggested. Then you can investigate whether you need to relax timings.
