PM = Primary Master
PS = Primary Slave
SM = Secondary Master
SS = Secondary Slave

These are generally set in your boot order in bios ... Welcome to ROG.c.

.. in any of the sata ports (unless ssd), then set the boot order in bios..
im a little confused though .. if you see it in bios .. it is connected and
you are able to then boot ?
or are you now loading OS .. in which case you want dvd set to 1st..
then after OS is loaded .. go back and change it to the Primary (the one with the OS).c.

yup they are already connected, i made my hard drive primary and dvd secondary. i got confused to the master and secondary part. i was thinking that if i connected my harddrive is master it would boot faster. XD

If you want it faster .. get an SSD .. other than that .. about 30seconds is the norm.(is asmedia disabled?).c.

I get 24-25 from a cold-boot, not much faster than my HDD, when it was my only drive.

Yep .. thats about where my sweet V is .. didnt time her in a while .. i rarely shut her down ..
usually put her to sleep and wake her with the gentlest of space bar caresses ... hahahhaa

everytime i touch her .. she just lights right up .. brings me great joy.
.. touch to password screen time = .5seconds ... hehe .. fast enough ???
Never premature bootification. Always right on time. hehehehe.c.
