Weird issues with RIVE and Windows 10 bios 4901

Im having some strange problems with my motherboard lately, im not sure if its driver conflicts or software or a dying board. Realtek on board audio doesnt not work at all since the upgrade. i plug my headphones in and all i hear is a hiss. even when i uninstalled the realtek drivers and used the generic windows drives same sound. even upgraded realtek drivers to 6.0.1.7541 latest i can find and still no sound. I have a creative card so its not a big deal but just want everything working all around. Another wierd issue is when i hook my computer up to my TV. If i Boot it up with the HDMI plugged in and see the ASUS boot screen my bluetooth disappears. If i attempt to shut down my pc I BSOD

SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL basically back and forth but mostly faulting app is ntoskrnl.exe

Connected to the minitor via DVI no issues. Boot up with minitor and switch to HDMI after Boot no issus. Boot up no hooked up to any display and then hook up to HDMI after boot no issues and bluetooth is there. When the bluetooth isint there when i boot up with HDMI connected is when i have the BSOD issues. I work around it since i mostly use my monitor and just use the TV when gaming "reason for booting because i have to wheel my tower to my tv and unplug it" and booting first then connecting HDMi works im just curious as to what is causing that problem that it disables my bluetooth and bsods when shutting down but is looking like an audio driver conflict. Let me know if im missing anything. Everything working fine overall besides realtek issue. HDMI issue i would like to know whats causing that so i can boot up without waiting and then hooking up, I also want to note that when i boot with HDMI my bluetooth is nowhere to be found in devise manager. This is the onboard bluetooth thats built into my motherboard

The Realtek chip is well known for dying on that board....

HDMI problems with TVs pretty common too

I'm afraid there is no remedy for the first and i don't know any for the second...maybe someone else will know...
