Is the pump running when this happens? Do you have a way to tell?
Not sure how to tell if the pump is running. Only way I know its working is when I can hear the fluid moving.
Loop might be blocked or have air bubble in it....when this happens does tubing from CPU get warm/hot.
Tubing does not get warm or hot.
In theory CPU will throttle and save itself but I would sort this asap...not good for the CPU in the long run...
Yes, want to get this fixed ASAP.
What AIO cooler is that? original tubing?
Unsure.

You should not be able to hear the fluid moving, hearing a hum from the pump is fine but if the noise is more like water moving or the swish of water then you have most likely got an air lock. Is there a reservoir to your system or some way to top it up? You should try tilting the case to free the trapped air. It's also good to stop the system for a while to allow the trapped air bubbles to group.
