VCCIO & VCCSA Voltage in [Auto]

Hello, all my temps are fine, and I'm running CPU in default settings except for my memory.

On memory I have it set to manual , running @ 4600MHz 1.5V 19-26-26-46 and system is prime95 stable.

My CPU VCCIO is set to Auto and stays @ 1.312V

And CPU VCCSA is also set to Auto and stays @ 1.360V

Do these voltages seem OK, or should I manually set them a bit lower. Perhaps 1.225V on both and see if system remains stable, or just not worry about it.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Thanks vary much for the helpful advice everyone.

I was able to lower VCCSA from 1.312V down to 1.18125V

And lower VCCIO from 1.360V down to 1.19375V

Using AIDA64 System Stability Test and then running 3D Mark Time Spy,.. Everything is solid at the new manual set voltages.

i would run hci mem test for 1000 % coervage time spy and adia 64 are walk in the parks .

Thanks for the advice bass junkie, good information.

Whenever I adjust my memory I always boot into USB flash drive with Memtest86 Passmark Ver. as it's the only program I'v found that doesn't require a installed OS. I like it because I don't want to worry about corrupting Windows, and it is much quicker to do stability tests of new timings from booting to a flash drive. Usually will give errors within 1-3 minutes, make more adjustments and do it again.

Once I pass Memtest86, than I move into Windows based software AIDA64, and then Time Spy to see if my scores improved. 🙂

Yes, if I'm getting all zero Errors after memory adjustments, I will let test complete 100%.

Running all [4 Passes] generally takes this system about 2.5 hours.

i just did a test with mem test 86 pass m,ark version and i got bad news *

i passed mem test 86 4 hr standard test on 2 diffrent ram over clocks i was like yeah !!! 4200 c 16-16-16-36 nmo way it passed !

i ran hci mem test failed first 22 mins .....

mem test is garbage if you cant pass a bar minamum 1000 % of hci mem test its asuper unstable .

i deleted mem test opff my usb its so not good hci 1000 % min is the golden standard

Memtest86 is not garbage. It's useful that you can determine whether you can boot into windows without completely trashing the boot sector and operating system from extreme instability. If you can pass memtest86, you will at least be able to boot into windows to run other stress tests.

Of course an even better option is booting into Linux on a USB drive and running GSAT, but not everyone knows how to use Linux.

memtest86 has its place ...but on modern platforms it's not a good indicator/predictor of in OS stability

My goto test these days is Karhu RamTest....you have to pay but believe me it's worth it for the speed and infallibility.

Just a note about memtest. 4 passes isn't enough. Have to do 8.

I had a 4500 corsair kit, that if there was anything wrong would spit out errors in first few passes.

But the 4000 C17 Trident Z Royal kit that I have now spits out errors on 6th and 7th pass.

Keep it in mind.
