USB ports do not power down on shut down - Maximus VII Impact

As the title says - the usb ports stay powered when I shut down the PC. I am running the default bios settings. How do I have them power off on shut down?

Welcome to the ROG forum.

If your psu supports ErP enable it in the bios, it's somewhere on the advanced tab.

let us know if this powers down your usb ports when you shut down your pc.
