Can any one tell how to unclock intel cpu core i3 530 multiplier to get higher overclocking rate

It's not possible sorry. You'd need to buy a K series CPU like the i5-655K.

You have to OC those via the base clock...What you want to do is set the multiplier at 21x because in general those chips went higher on odd multis than they did on even multis. Set base clock to 190 and CPU voltage at 1.375 and fine tune it from there, make sure to add some VTT voltage as well if it's not stable. I ran my 530 24/7 at 4.2Ghz with HT and have a CPUZ validation of it at 4.5Ghz so it can be done. Good luck.

It wasn't stable though because of the motherboard unfortunately, it just couldn't keep up with the power needs even with HT turned off.
