Two different Monitors, two different graphical performance

Hi I have two different monitors, one is Monoprice 27" IPS-Glass Panel Pro LED Monitor and the other 27" IPS-ZERO-G Slim Monitor WQHD.
My computer consists of:
ASUS MAXIMUS VI FORMULA LGA 1150 Intel Z87
CORSAIR HX Series HX750 750W ATX12V
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (4x4)
Intel Core i7-4770K
CPU Cooler H100i
2 X ASUS GTX760-DC2OC-2GD5 GeForce GTX760 2GB GDDR5 256-bit
Samsung Electronics 840 EVO-Series 512GB SSD

When I perform the Metro Last Light benchmark testing on the two different monitors the results are:
Pro Version:
Total Frames: 3280, Total Time: 135.3449 sec
Average Framerate: 24.28
Max. Framerate: 64.27 (Frame: 2278)
Min. Framerate: 9.93 (Frame: 2864)

Slim Version:
Total Frames: 7144, Total Time: 171.1168 sec
Average Framerate: 41.78
Max. Framerate: 126.95 (Frame: 851)
Min. Framerate: 9.48 (Frame: 4829)

Additional Information:
The settings on these computers are identical in the nvidia control panel, I've contacted Monoprice and the said with absolute certainty, that this problem is not caused by a defective hardware but rather the problem exists within either software problems or my graphic cards. I've tested these cards in my friends computers and they perform fine.

Has anyone had this problem before? Help!

vsync on?

Mmmmm, should I turn it on or off from nvidia control panel, right now it's letting the 3d application decide.

vsync off.
i run with 90+ on 2 780's in bf4 on ultra.

Different Resolution? 720p? 1080p on the other? I know this is obvious! thought worth checking.

The key bit of information is the minimum frame rate. They are the same.

I wonder if one screen is 60 and the other is 120?
