Two Different GPU's

Presently I am using the ASUS GeForce GTX 770 DC2 OC on my rig, however; I have a GTX 680 sitting dormant.

I know that they won't work in SLI, but would it benefit my PC at all to have the 680 plugged in and have one of them alone assigned to PhysX?

Only for games using PhysX, otherwise it's a waste of resources.
