Testing for bad Ram on the Rampage Extreme board

Ram test show memory errors so need to start removing modules. On the Rampage Extreme board I have two pairs of Corsair so can I remove all but one or do I have to remove in pairs?

Remove the sticks and separate into the two pairs...then test each pair separately on recommended slots...test at F5 BIOS defaults first and then at XMP.

This might solve it since many RAM problems show up mixing separate kits (even of same make and model).

If you get errors in one or both pairs test each stick separately on recommended slot...

If you get errors at XMP but not stock try setting RAM up manually and/or tweaking RAM voltages (vccsa vdimm)

If you get errors on single sticks at stock look at re-seating your CPU...
