Stuttering, radio sounds like when use in ear and surround 5.1 problem

Headset hurt my ears for long sessions of doto, but when I try to plug in my in ear, even when not playing any audio file I hear constant radio sounds-like. It happened to my desktop too. Strange thing is when I plug in school laptops, my dad's **** laptop, airport's pc, etc it works perfectly fine. I havea tried realtek HD audio manager and razer's surround driver. Any1 know what is the problem?

Also I have 1 more problem, I tried everything to make my video file which has 5.1 audio play properly but failed. The background sound is indeed surround but somehow when the characters speak, their voices only come out of the right speaker and even stereo have the same problem, I can only play in Mono. Any1 know what is the problem? I've tried razer's surround driver and ASUS Xonar U3, nothing worked.
My system is the standard ASUS ROG G750JW.
