Alright so I recently put together my computer.
Specs are:
CPU: i7-4770k
GPU: EVGA GTX 780 3GB
MOBO: Maximus VI Formula
RAM: 16gb 1600
CPU Cooler: Coolermaster Hyper T4
Memory: 2TB WD HDD, 128gb Samsung 840 Pro SSD
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
Case: Coolermaster Haf 932
After putting all these parts together I turned it on. Booted to the BIOS screen. Made the optical drive boot first. Now I have my windows OS disk to install windows. It installs fine and everything and soon requires a restart. It restarts and starts to boot the Windows 7 logo then goes straight to saying, "Setup is preparing your computer for first use". Its been stuck on this screen for about an hour or so and don't know what could possibly be causing such a long boot time. Also I installed the OS to the SSD if that may be of any help.
If anyone has some suggestions on what I should do or need more indepth details let me know. Im fairly new to this and this is my first ever computer build so I am not familiar with troubleshooting techniques.
Thanks in advance.
