Strix B560-A and BCLK control

Hi

Is there anyway to set the BCLK in BIOS to fixed 100 MHz?
In BIOS summary it shows 100 but in windows it is 99.8.
CPU is 11400F and DRAM is 4x8GB G-Skill 3000Mhz CL15 with XMP I enabled.
