Stackhash_0a9e error at startup of Unigine Heaven - ram related?

Hi. Sometimes when i click run from menu in Unigine Heaven ,program just crash with Stackhash_0a9e error. ( crash is before loading screen )

Is this related to ram other component?
While benchmarking all is ok, but it crash sometimes whenever i just click RUN and then it crash before loading screen. Is this related to hardware ,ram ?

I did many runs 8 + passes in memtest86 without errors.
I just looked on event viewer. And here what it is:

Problem Event Name: BEX

Fault Module Name: StackHash_0a9e

Exception Code: 0xc000005

Does crash with fault Module Name StackHash_0a9e means its faulty ram? I read on some forum that StackHash error means faulty ram. Is this true? Thx for help .

I have 4790k on stock, Asus Strix 980 stock, 8gb ram Kingston Hyperx 1600 1.5v.

Have you tried reinstalling your AMD/NV drivers (and maybe also DirectX) and Unigine software, just to be sure?

But this is not memory problem? Sometimes when i click run from menu in Unigine Heaven ,program just crash with BEX Stackhash_0a9e error. ( crash is just before loading screen ) . While benchmarking all is ok. Just crashing randomly when i hit RUN from menu.

Here are the screens with crash:

Can you tell me it was ram issue or software? It happens only once, no crashing now. But i want to know why it crashed.

Well after researching the HashStack_0a9e error it seems the operating system gives that error when it doesn't know what caused the crash.

So we can't be sure if the ram caused it or not. If it only happened once and hasn't happened again I wouldn't be too worried about it.

I run memtest 2 times for 12 hours + without errors. Even that it can be ram issue, when StackHash_0a9e crashed before loading screen in Unigine?
