Hi !

I was wondering if someone could please help me out with a stable 24/7 OC for my system.

I want to be around 4,5 - 4,8Ghz and with all the powersaving/throttling options enabled.

I use a Corsair H100i for cooling the CPU

My memory is Corsair Dominator Platimum 1866Mhz

PSU is Corsair AX1200

Im new at this so please bare with me! 😄

Thanks,

Espen

Have you read any of the very good guides that are found in the Rampage forum? They may be for a different board but the settings you will need to change are the same.

Have a read and then ask questions after that way you have a better sense of what will be needed.

Rule of thumb there are only four settings that should be changed.

XMP profile for your memory if applicable and it is with your kit.

The desired multi

The amount of LLC you wish to have enabled. I suggest medium/5 as a good all round setting

and finally the vcore.

That is pretty much it.

Welcome to the ROG Forum, eazy123!

If you want to touch the memories too, I strongly suggest to run memtest86+ (guide in HiVizman's signature above)...

It can save you a lot of head-scratching later on and - since is running outside the OS - won't mess up your applications...

Thanks, I will have look at the guides.. 😉

Totally agree offset mode is the best way to OC your system for 24/7 use.
