Finishing up a new build and trying to SLI two EVGA, GTX-780, GPU cards. Got all installed, machines running great, but SLI option is not showing in the nVidia control panel??? I've read threads in many different forums and have tried many of the suggestions with no success.

Any help on this would be appriciated. Thx.:cool:

Hello Flightrisk4742 and welcome.

SLI is enabled in the Nvidia control panel, configure sli, surround, physx. Tick maximize 3d performance and click apply.

I appriciate the welcome and your quick response Nate152!

The problem is that the "maximize 3d performance" radio button is not even showing as an option.

Ok, go into the bios and see if both your gtx 780's are detected, they will both show in the nvidia control panel too.

Nemesis, Thx!

I've tried 3 different bridges on both contacts. contacts are clean...

They are both detected in win. device manager and in NVidia CP...

Are you talking about the MOBO bios? and if so where? not sure about that one?

Other things I've done are;
running current ASUS bios and current GPU drivers, (GPU driver full clean install twice)

All right both cards are detected in the nvidia control panel and device manager so I suspect they are detected in the bios as well.

Next question is:

What slots do you have your cards installed in?

1 and 4

Is this how the manual says to have it in slots 1 and 4 for a two card configuration?

I was trying to look it up but can find nothing.
