I have updated my computer with delidded i7-7700K, new graphics card Zotac rtx2080TI Amp, new water cooling

Running 3DMARK stress test (Time Spy) for 24h 100% stable
and got some surprising results.
CPU clocked at 5, 1 GHz CPU core temp 40-50 degrees (c)
Graphics card clocked up 19% GPU temp 47-63 degrees (c)
Water temperature 28-43 degrees (c)

Running 3DMARK benchmark test (Time Spy) get the score 11 801

some abnormal values ​​I cannot explain:
the values ​​for water temperature before and after radiator show the same value.
Dual Intelligent Processor 5 indicates CPU Fan Benchmark to 0.47 ((c) / Watt)
is this an ok value?

This should be normal as the loop water temp reaches equilibrium the temp should be the same throughout the loop other than briefly right on the CPU/GPU IHS/Die.
