Settings oc 6700k - maximus hero viii

Hi guys,
this is my build

6700k
z170 maximus hero viii
g.skill trident z 3000mhz cl14

at the moment i have:

sync all cores 47x
vcore: override mode: 1.27
min. cache 40
max. cache 40
intel speed step : disabled

system is stable.
can i do better? vcore it's ok?....i would want up to 4.8 , but with vcore 1.28-1.29 the system isn't stable.
stay over 1.30 it's ok ?...there are other settings for a better oc ???

Leave speedstep on, and the CPU can drop to lower speeds/voltage when it's idle, doing nothing or very little. It will go back up to your overclock speed when load demands it.

1.30v is fine. Higher voltages are OK on Skylake as long as you keep temperature under control, and don't go crazy with voltage. You'll find that with DDR4 memory running at 3000MHz, you may need to increase DRAM and SA voltages for stability, too.

how can i change DRAM and SA value?...in my bios they are on "Auto" now.

Just type in the values. Note -- if you click in the box, you'll get some tips at the bottom of the screen for the increments that it will accept.
