The standard operating ratios for my CPU seems to be 35x normal, 53x turbo.
I want to set the normal to 35x and turbo to 40x.
Is this possible? I find it very counter intuitive in the bios menu. When I change the max ratio the max base frequency is also changed (as if it is some hidden setting: base = 66% of max. Turbo = top 34%.
I use BIOS 1604.
