Hi,
I just bought a new G750JH machine, and have spent the past few weeks setting it up.
However the SD card reader doesn't seem to recognise any of the SD cards I put in it. I use the same cards in my camera and with a USB based SD reader with no issues.
I've contacted support (who seem to take days to reply to anything), whos advice so far as been to reset Windows. Obviously this seems unnecessary to me. They've said its a common issue and the reset seems to fix it. I've asked for details of what device the SD card appears as, but no reply as yet.
Windows hardware detection doesn't show anything missing or any drivers not correctly installed.
Is there anyone who can tell me what device I should be looking for ?
