Ryzen 1.5Ghz bug

Are other people still getting this bug? I have the Rog Strix B350-F. I believe I have the most recent bios from April or May installed but I still can't seem to overclock in my bios without getting the bug. I've heard other board manufactures have corrected this issue but why not Asus?

I can honestly say ive never had this issue but then again im running the ROG Strix x370-f . I uave also used both tye ryzen 7 1700 and currently running the ryzen 7 2700x both overclocked with no issues.
