ROG TYTAN G30AB - Noise using headphones

Hi,

I bought recently a ROG TYTAN G30AB but I can't use the headphones (I tried several ones "jack connector") because there is a horrible noise in background, specially when playing games, anybody having the same issue? any tip?

I have the same problem. Persistent noise, twice as loud when in games, so annoying I can barely stand it. I feel totally ripped off! 2 grand for an unsheilded POS
