Hi,
By build is ...
ROG Maximus z790 Hero (BIOS v 1202)
Intel Core i9 13900K (AIO cooled - Corsair H150i RGB)
Corsair 4x16 Vengence RAM DDR5 @6600 (purchased as a set)
ROG STRIX NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti
I'm new to overclocking but I'm having trouble with finding the correct settings for my RAM in the BIOS. As I've seen from other posts, the RAM @ 6600 is a problem with this motherboard. I can't use XMP as that will cause crashes and memory errors so the system defaults to 4600. Is there a way to coax a bit more speed out of these RAM to get some benefit of me mistakenly buying the 6600's, at least to the supported speeds and avoid the app crashes and BSOD's? I don't know where to start with the BIOS settings.
Thank you.

Hello DuckaDaddy
A four stick configuration will put more strain on the cpu's memory controller, a 2 x 32GB kit would likely work better.
But, you might can hit the rated speed and timings by raising a few voltages.
On the AI Tweaker tab, enable X.M.P. and raise these voltages:
VDD voltage - 1.40v
VDDQ voltage 1.40v
CPU System Agent voltage - 1.25v
At the bottom, Advanced Memory voltages:
IVR Transmitter VDDQ voltage - 1.40v
Memory Controller voltage - 1.30v
Then Hit F10 and Enter to save and exit, how does it go?
