ROG front panel problem

Hi recently I upgrade my PC and bought a new ROG Maximus VII motherboard with i7 4790K processor. My motherboard BIOS is 0609. Ram at 8GB and graphic card Asus GTX 670. I also bought the ROG front panel but I can't do edit on it. I already try 'update the new driver/ firmware' from the Asus website guide but still not functioning. Wonder anyone have the same issue and how to rectify the problem. Thanks!

Your lucky, the latest VII Hero bios doesn't play well with the ROG front panel as many have reported the CPU speed is gone so we are waiting to get a new one.

hi wesslan, sad to hear that... so you mean the cpu speed cannot overclock and what you mean 'waiting to get a new one? you mean new firmware?
