Need some advice. I have an above board and CPU. I'm using XMP profile for my memory. Also I run 4.35GHz with offset voltage totalling 1.256V (around that). LLC is on 4 with CPU at 140% and ram 130%. Rest settings are in Auto. It is all stable and I'm happy with the temps. However for some reason CPU will not down lock or downvolt. When I default settings it boosts speed and drips it with voltage self adjusting. Even when overclocking with RM it working as it should.
Is there anything I missed. I'm on the latest BIOS.
