Good job, alyraver! Now you have the CPU power, you should start tweaking the memories... 🙂

I bought a new chip. I can do 4.6ghz AIDA64 24 hour Stable at 1.275. I have to run RealBench with much more voltage. Once I go to 4700 it needs crazy Voltage.

This is fun. Think I am going to get a 3930k and motherboard as well for an OC bench. You guys got me addicted. *taps the vein*

Yeap, RB needs a lot of voltage to pass the second part of the Encoding (when the CPU runs at 100%)... all other CPU and RAM benchmarks i've tried (wPrimes, SuperPis, CInebench) needs less Vcore for the same frequency... also, my AIDA64 runs needed less Vcore, but I didn't do it for so long...

That's heavy use of AVX instructions for you:)

Goed bezig Flexnl. Great going Flexnl. Your are getting better and better!! May I ask what cooler do u use? I got a H100i but it seems that 4800MHz is the limit for my cooling setup! Got a pull setup

The H100/H100i has a very dense fin/inch radiator, so you need fans with high static pressure to push air through it... yes push... - or if you have the possibility, then push-pull...

I know, the push-pull does not make a very big change over the push setup, but those couple centigrades may allow you to one step higher in frequency...

Good job Flex. Always nice to see you. How many services you have their running? Seems a bit cluttered to me. If that's true you can pass 800 if you put it on a diet. Turn off all the devices from BIOS. You don't need network when you run this. Ai suite too 🙂
