So I recently Installed the motherboard and installed all the necessary drivers from the CD and Website. My problem is that my Ethernet connection is extremely slow. My WiFi is actually faster than my ethernet. I checked the cable on my laptop and it worked fine so I know its not the cable. Can someone please tell me why this is happening?

Could you confirm what your setting for your network are in the OS? And what are the speeds you are expecting to see, plus how are you measuring these speeds.

Same problem here. No problems with the connection on the Sabertooth board, but R4 black only putts along at about 5 Mb/s wired. Wireless is faster but still doesn't give me my full bandwidth. I've got 100Mb/s internet, gigabit Ethernet, but the port is only operating at 10Mb/s, all cat6e cables. I don't have any slots left for a network card either. Gone from 1Gb/s with 100Mb/s+ internet to 10Mb/s with 5Mb/s internet.

So I just got a new Rampage motherboard finally and I still have the same problem... I am expecting to see around 80Mbps download aand 40Mbps Upload. I use Speedtest.net to measure the speeds. I also tried other sites and I still get under 5Mbps download speed. I tried searching for help on the internet and still havent found the solution. I also reinstalled the LAN drivers from ASUS as well and no change.
