Rampage IV BE Quad channel RAM wont show as quad

Hi,

Recently built a new pc with the RIVBE, i7-4930K and got G.Skill Ripjaws Z DDR3-1866 16gb (4x4) CL 9-10-9-28 to match with it.
All seems well but in CPU-Z the RAMs show as DUAL channel...not sure how to test if it runs dual or quad, or how to change it manually

What cooling are you using and have you reseated the cooler as part of your problem solving. An uneven pressure when mounting the cooler can cause heaps of issues with memory as the pins of the socket slide off the CPU pads.

Please follow the fist part of the memtest86+ guide (in my sig) and that way we will have determined for sure if the board is defective.
