RAM Voltages

I am attempting to tighten the timings of my Corsair Vengeance 8gb PC312800 9-9-9-24-2T to 8-8-8-24-2T. I set the voltage to 1.55v, yet I got a BSOD soon after booting into Windows. Can someone help me? My board is a Maximus IV Gene-Z with a 2500K CPU.

Basically, when I hit F12 to do BIOS Print, my thumb drive isn't listed, yet the drive is detected by the BIOS.
