You should be good to go. Gskill chips have been known to overclock well, and your other components are designed for such the task.

Can you post a link i can't seem to find your kit on the gskill website.

You have a whole heap of ram, and your ram is not one single kit if I have read the part number correctly. You will be best served by manually setting up the frequency, timings and voltages. But bare in mind that it is not a given that your ram will overclock.

Has anyone done any o/c yet with 32 gigs? It would be cool to know how things work when pushed to max with tthat much ram. I know they have 2133+ kits, its just odd that it hasnt been done yet

Cheers for that, would think that you could certainly push for 1866MHz with little effort on your part. 🙂

Nice ram.

I bought it because the next level ram was 75% more expensive - I bought this one for 130 euro 😄

I still don't know how to overclock it though, I tried setting it to 1866 but it didn't work lol unstable system, any ideas how I can tweak it very nicely and secure? 🙂 I would love to hear from you guys soon 😄

You can't just set it to a different speed. You need to enter the volts and change the timings going from 1600 to 1866mhz. Why did you get 32gigs of ram? Get it because the board can handle it or do you actually need it? Not hating on you at all..

We have clocked 64GB of ram to 2800MHz so yeah it is doable, especially with the Ivy IMC.

Try these settings.

XMP profile

then up the frequency to 1866MHz.

VCSSA 1.25

F10 save and exit

haha I'm becoming a 3D Modeler, and I use 3D Studio Max and Adobe Master Collection mostly, so yeah, I need it 🙂

@HiVizMan, I'm gonna do that right now, brb for results/stability
