i just bought 2x ram Dominator® Platinum with Corsair Link Connector — 1.5V 16GB Dual Channel DDR3 Memory Kit (CMD16GX3M2A1600C9) http://goo.gl/4Ju2T9 with Airflow
but i am really disappointed with the result. is there anyway to make it faster?

What do you do with your PC k1ng440? if it's normal computing and gaming then your RAM speed won't make any noticeable difference...it's only benchmarks that really show any differences.
It really depends on the luck of the draw with respect to the kit and what RAM chips it has on it what you can get out of it. You can increase voltage (vdimm) a bit say. 1.6v or 1.65v and see if you can a) tighten timings....8-8-8-24 or even 7-7-7-24 or 7-8-7-24...that kind of thing...or increase frequency....try 1866 leaving timings the same....
I agree with Arne and WhitePaw. That's about the latency and bandwidth I'd expect from DDR3-1600 RAM. In the absence of an XMP profile, you have to build your own overclock along the lines of Arne's suggestion.
