i just purchased a r9 280x direct cuII
http://www.asus.com/au/Graphics_Cards/R9280XDC23GD5V2/gallery/after playing around with it i am very pleased with it i did however notice little artifacts is some games. (prior to purchasing the card all i heard was great reviews about the card)
but when i started google searches i was very suprised as what i saw, hundreds of post talking about the same thing from Asus, sapphire to gigabyte.
anyway i know it been mentioned millions of times. but i am just curios alot of the people having the artifact problem seem to have just accepted it and moved on, some statements i have read that people RMA the card and get another one back with the exact same issue.
so what i am wondering is, is there a real fix maybe under-clocking the card, and if so does anyone know the exact settings. i have searched around and didn't find anything. i have also installed GPU tweak and i have the latest vBIOS.
this is my first AsuS graphics card.
when i run Unigen Valley Benchmark i get no artifacts. but when i run 'Heaven' i get a bit, and good amount in "Tropics" i also noticed a bit of artifacts in Battlefield 4 mostly in the sky
i am running the latest WHQL Catalyst Software Suite 14.9
