Hi! I made a video of the problem im experiencing and a temporary fix. Maybe someone will find this post useful, I hope someone from ASUS sees this and updates the BIOS with these fixes or provides some technical support in the comments below. Its very frustrating dealing with this and this is not the first time im having issues with asus motherboards. Thank you, please watch the video. https://youtu.be/H8FdNK10H2w?feature=shared

Did you try switching the other sticks to make it's not a problem with the ram? Also did you OP suggestion?

I have tried swapping kits, slots, and it’s the same.
by OPs suggestion, do you mean enabling Memory Context Restore? If so, I haven’t, but I’ll give it a try.
Also, I have a Corsair t705 in m.2 slot 1, and my other (t705) m.2 in slot 5 as I was not wanting to mess with slots 2 or 3. They appear every time and don’t seem to have any issues.

Same Issue: 9800X3D, 870e-e and 64 gb ram - G. Skill Trident Z5 Neo 2x32 GB Model: F5-6000J3040G32GX2-TZ5NR memory. Should I just wait for Asus to release a working BIOS? Can't get computer to boot with any type of memory adjustment. Hoping to see an alert for a new BIOS with this issue fixed 🙂

Guys. To get stuff to boot just without expo just with manual just set the cpU VDDIO/MC voltage to manual and then override to 1.396. You can’t set expo, but it will work for manual and it won’t be perfect. You won’t pass memory test, but you can play games until Asus fixes this nonsense.

You can't combine kits. Please read here: https://rog-forum.asus.com/t5/technologies-explained/memory-kits-overclocking-and-what-you-may-not-k...

The stuttering at boot is indicative of an unstable OC, so that's a good sign if no longer experiencing them. Can replicate the stuttering quite easily by putting in arbitrary values you know not to be stable for memory, and VSOC
