Problems with sleep mode

Hi its my first time in these forums and I have a really weird problem that is driving me bananas. My PC wont sleep unless the BIOS is default. I do have my 4790K OC'd to 4.7@1.185V. It passed AIDA 64 for 6.45 hours at 1.179V. I bumped it up to 1.185V for extra stability. Problem is it doesn't enter sleep mode or it takes 30 seconds - 1 minute and it just shuts down. I checked for wake timers on all devices and there all disabled. Im using BIOS 2601 and I tried re flashing it, I tried manually entering the voltage and enabling XMP mode and leaving everything else auto, I tried running the 5 way tuning utility then manually entering voltage and RAM. I tried switching Power profiles and removing Samsung Magician but none of these worked. Any help is appreciated.

Make sure that under Power Management section on your Network card properties the 'Wake on Pattern Match' is turned off. If you have that turned on any number of packets on your network can keep your PC awake.

I swapped out my PSU, removed Samsung magician and it seems to be ok now. It's weird but it seems like it worked. Thank you for your replys.
