Problem with RealBench stress test after last Windows 10 update

After the last Windows 10 updates on Jan 10, 2017: Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB3213986), Security Update for Adobe Flash Player for Windows 10 Version 1607 (for x64-based Systems) (KB3214628), Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool for Windows 8, 8.1, 10 and Windows Server 2012, 2012 R2, 2016 x64 Edition - January 2017 (KB890830) that updated the OS build to 14393.693 , RealBench stress test crashed by LuxMark-x64.exe, see below.

The stress test continued until a BSOD in about 10 minutes caused to stop the whole thing. The Benchmark test does not cause any problems.
Does anyone have that problem too?

I can get Prime95 stable - but not realbench as luxmark crashes 😕

Same problem here....realbench 2.54
Windows 10 (15063.13) cpu (6700k) +gpu (970 srtix) stock (no overclock) Nvidia driver 381.65.
It stucks and freeze the whole system for sec. the test continues until luxmark crash and get a black screen......

p.s i have seen that Display Driver Uninstaller DDU 17.0.6.1 don't work with Windows 10 (15063.13).......

Working fine here...creators update and latest nvidia driver...

As always...this is a stress test that is very good at finding weakness in your system. If you have problems running it best to look to your system and not to the stress test as the failure....

No issues here with latest real bench after Windows updates.

Highest score ever for me. Too bad Windows won't let me install creators update.

After a Clean install Back to Windows 10 (14393.969) and with RealBench 2.54
everything is stable AND with Overclock on both CPU and GPU.......
6700K = 4.5 Ghz
970 Strix = Core 1519 Mhz + Memory = 8000 Mhz
Ram = 2666 CL 14
Nvidia Driver = 378.92
Everything run smooth and Rock stable for Hours with 2.54.......

So Definitely the Creators Update 15063.13 at least for Me has a lot of Bugs perhaps because i use the Greek language .....
I really don't know what is going on.....
I have tried 2 time the Creators Update 15063.13 with Clean Install and both times RealBench 2.54 crashed within seconds !!!!!!

And i never told that the RealBench 2.54 is the Problem 😄

P.S: on Creators Update 15063.13 Everything was on STOCK frequencies CPU+GPU+RAM......

Creators update is still not final and my guess is it will take more updates after it goes public to get it to 100%. There are warnings plastered everywhere that instability may occur with Beta offerings. Ive already moved on to red stone 3.
This is why they have beta and insider programs so feedback for what works and what does not can be gathered and worked on. Did you submit your problems to Microsoft through the insider program?

I don't use the Insider Program.........:)
I use Greek and they don't support the Greek language....

You listed 150.63 which is currently only available through the insider program or ISO download through and is not yet a public release.
Also look to the source of your software, if you purchased it you have been taken to the cleaners. The latest version as of this minute is the anniversary update and it supports the Greek language.

I have download the MediaCreationTool and the latest version is 15063.0...
then i create a bootable usb through the tool and that's all....



there is not Greek as Languages look at the Notes......
