After the last Windows 10 updates on Jan 10, 2017: Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB3213986), Security Update for Adobe Flash Player for Windows 10 Version 1607 (for x64-based Systems) (KB3214628), Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool for Windows 8, 8.1, 10 and Windows Server 2012, 2012 R2, 2016 x64 Edition - January 2017 (KB890830) that updated the OS build to 14393.693 , RealBench stress test crashed by LuxMark-x64.exe, see below.

The stress test continued until a BSOD in about 10 minutes caused to stop the whole thing. The Benchmark test does not cause any problems.
Does anyone have that problem too?
