followed OC steps as per this article http://rog.asus.com/184142012/maximus-v-motherboards/guide-overclocking-the-core-i5-3570k-to-4-5ghz-...

reset an now pc is refusing to power on, got lights on the mobo, no fans spinning though, case power button isn't lighting an makes a small click around the PSU I think when press it to try an power on (possible grounding issue altough was working fine through installing the OS and getting basics up an running)

help much appreciated, will answer questions and elbarote as best I can...first time OC....really hoping this isn't a cpu burn out

And definitely include your PSU's brand and model...
