Well, your system should easily be able to do 4+ ghz. Some simple recommendations, start your CPU volt at 1.35V, RAM at 1.65, and work your way up from there. I'd try increasing the multiplier and base clock separately to see which one gives you the better stability and performance (a higher Bclock or higher multi). Make sure to stress test your settings, and check your temperatures too. Anything 90C+ you should be cautious of. You can turn on load line calibration if you'd like (I would probably stick with auto or 50%, 100% load line could cause some over volting which would just produce more heat.) I'd also recommend setting your DRAM frequency as low as it can go when you overclock. You usually want to OC the proc first before any RAM. As you increase bclock/multi, test until the PC doesn't start up, restart and it should load from the previous profile, and just adjust voltages accordingly then. Hopefully that gives you a good starting point.

I would try everything Kaboom suggested except mutiplier. That CPUs multi is locked so just stick to bclk. And definitely down clock ram first. Also ifyou have issues I would bump qpi volts to 1.20-1.25. Rule of thumb you should always keep qpi volts and dram volts no further apart than .50v.

Same thing Kaboom recommended above applies to yours. Basically you just need to start gradually and see how far it will go. Each CPU has different limitations so you won't know until you've experimented.
