Hello , so for 7700k has to be delidded ? even if its just lets say example overclocking it to 4.6 w/ presets ? or even going futher higher to like 4.8 - 4.9 GHZ?

Not sure how you arrived at that conclusion, I would take the time to read the guide. The initial results table is pre-delidding and expanded upon later down the page after repasting.

Which part?

You need to establish a baseline for stability.

1) Turn off XMP and return memory to default settings

2) Apply a VCore of 1.25 (Manual or adaptive) and an all core ratio of 48. Start by running AIDA64 CPU Test (Not FPU) for 1 to 2 hours.

Would you please do this for me.

Set defaults in bios, F5 and then enter.

With your system now running at factory default settings open up your hardware monitor software. I am interested in temp of each of the cores.

Run only one monitoring application as multiple open will mess with the sensors and give false readings.

Now run realbench stress test for a few minutes.

I want to see what your min and max temps are during the stress test. Also what your default voltage is at idle and under 100% load. I am sure we can do something OC wise for you mate.
To help us help you - please provide as much information about your system and the problem as possible.
