Hi to everyone.

After placing my new CPU HS (Noctua NH-D14) i've noticed some DRAM problems.Dimm slots: A1, A2 are not working at all.The only combination which works is B1, B2 but this is single channel. Also my RAMs won't work on 2400MHz.Due to the whole operation CPU was removed and cleaned. After 2 days a fight i double checked the CPU mount and it's fine.BIOS battery was removed a few times, also RTC RAM jumper.

Here are my specs:

MOBO: ASUS P8Z77-V LE (with latest BIOS)
CPU: i7-3770K CPU @ 3.5GHz
RAM: Kingston HyperX Savage 16GB (2x8GB) - DDR3 2400MHz CL11
GPU: MSI GTX 970 4 GB Gaming Edition
PSU: Super Flower Leadex Platinum 1200 W
OS: Windows 8.1 x64

Thanks in advance!

Hi DifiT and Welcome to ROG
You have checked your CPU mount, but did you check for bent pins in the CPU socket?
This is a common problem with your symptoms, when the CPU has had TIM replaced and remounted, then DIMM slots don't work.
Test using 1 Dimm and try switching around to see if any modules are failing or test in another system using MemTest86, to eliminate that possibility
Also be careful when attaching CPU mounting bracket, do not over-tighten and tighten down from opposing corners a little at a time.
Also apply only sufficient TIM to thermal interface so TIM does not squeeze out beyond Thermal interface.
