Those temps are really high. I think at this stage I would suggest tuning back your overclock dramatically. The voltage for your Vcore is far too high for 4.3GHz hence why your temps are so high. I would recommend using about 1.3V and then reducing your multiplier until you find stability for that voltage. What cooling solution do you have implemented?
